We offer Free Ground Shipping on all US orders (excludes Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) For international orders, our shipping costs are as follows: Canada: USD $15.00, Latin America: USD $30.00, Europe: USD $35.00 and Asia: USD $45.00
RETURNS
Returns and Exchanges are easy. To request a return of one or more items in an order, follow these steps:
- Login to your account and navigate to the Order History section
- Click on the Return Item(s) button.
- In the next screen select the products you want to return using the Qty. to Return drop down boxes, choose the Return Reason, the Return Action and enter any additional information in the Comments area.
- Click on Submit Return Request.
Returns and exchanges should be requested and processed within 28 days after receiving your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for your RMA to be processed. When your RMA is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with return shipping instructions. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. After your return has been processed, a refund will be issued for the merchandise amount. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to post to your account.
